General Terms and Conditions
The rules and general terms and conditions are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and international online codes. and e-commerce.
The Rules and General Terms and Conditions govern the manner of operation of the online store www.eternalmemory.shop (hereinafter “online store”), managed by DIVITIS doo, Stara cesta 20, 2311 Hoče (hereinafter “the retailer”), the rights and obligations of the provider and visitors online store and users who make a purchase through the online store (hereinafter: "customer").
The rules and general conditions determine the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of users and the online store, and regulate the business relationship between the merchant and the customer.
The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions of business, which are valid at the time of purchase (online order). When placing an order, the customer is reminded of the Terms and Conditions of Business and confirms his acquaintance with them by placing an order.
Prices
For buyers from Slovenia, all prices on the website www.eternalmemory.shop are expressed in EUR (the trader also uses other currencies). Even if the customer has chosen as a payment option in another currency, his order will be processed and converted into the euro equivalent. Payment by the Slovenian buyer must be made in euros.
Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, but are listed as an option when calculating the value of the order in the cart before the electronic confirmation of the order and further on the invoice.
The promotional price is the reduced regular price at which the presented item is sold for a definite or indefinite period of time. Special offers are valid until canceled, unless otherwise stated. As a trader, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice or notice. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices in the online wholesale store are final and do not show VAT.
Despite the merchant's efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In the case referred to in the previous sentence and in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, ie from the moment of placing the order until the confirmation of the order, the trader will:
a) notify the buyer and inform him of the new prices, in which case the buyer has the option to change his order or cancel it in whole or in part or confirm the order at the new prices, all at no additional cost; in
b) enable the buyer to withdraw from the purchase and at the same time offer him a solution that will be to the mutual benefit and satisfaction.
Orders
A distance sales contract concluded between the merchant and the buyer is concluded in the merchant's online store at the moment when the merchant receives an electronic message about the status of the buyer's order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are concluded and apply to both the trader and the buyer. This e-mail did not confirm that the goods were in stock or that the shipment of goods had begun, but only a notification to the buyer that the trader had received the order and that the procedure for checking the availability of the goods had started. The customer is the legal or natural person with the information as stated when placing the order. All information provided must be accurate. It is not possible to change customer data later.
When a legal entity registers and executes an order as a customer, the company Divitis d.o.o. reserves the right and verifies the stated data in the register of legal entities that apply to the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Orders and registration of invoices for legal entities can also be declared by persons who are not business owners. In this case, we reserve the right to verify the identity of registered persons and data control may also be performed. In such a case, we ask the registered person to submit a document showing the connection between the natural and legal person. All information provided is confidential and will never be passed on to third parties.
The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the merchant's server and is accessible to all customers via their user accounts (My Account -> My Orders).
After receiving the notification of a new order, the trader will check the availability of the ordered items and inform the buyer of the delivery times if the products are not in stock.
The trader prepares, sends the ordered products within the agreed deadline and notifies the customer by e-mail. Orders will not be executed unless the merchant receives the agreed amount on his bank account or any other form of payment.
As a seller, Divitis d.o.o. reserves the right to contact the customer / customer via means of distance communication in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1.
Placing an order
Description of the technical procedure for awarding the contract or. conclusion of a distance contract.

Methods of payment
The merchant provides the customer with the following methods of payment for the purchase of products from the online store:

* Payment with a payment card is only possible if the data in the customer's profile for the payer are the same as the data in the customer's profile for the payment or credit card holder.
When paying with a credit card online, in the event of cancellation of the order or change of payment method by the customer, the customer must notify the merchant by e-mail to credit the card or refund the purchase price.
Security
The merchant uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, it uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the merchant's server. The user is also responsible for security by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software and anti-virus protection of his computer.
A merchant in an online store does not accept orders from someone he knows or suspects is a child without the express permission of his parents or guardians. The retailer in the online store does not offer free access to products or services that are harmful to children. The trader will not accept any personal data concerning children without the express permission of parents or guardians, nor will he disclose data received from children to third parties other than parents or guardians. Any communication aimed at children will be appropriate to their age and will not take advantage of children’s trust, lack of experience or sense of loyalty.
Changes to the rules and conditions of business
In the event of changes in the regulations governing the operation of online stores, data protection and other areas related to the operation of the merchant's online store, and in the event of changes in its own business policy, the trader may change or supplement the rules and conditions of business. users in an appropriate manner.
Any change or amendment to the General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force immediately from the date of publication of the changes and / or amendments.
